I'm not even joking when I say I tore out pages from this book in pure rage.
(Rest assured, I taped them back in because one of my friends wanted the book [and didn't mind the ripped pages])
Zoey is the kind of girl who thinks she's always right; you know, that girl that everyone wants to beat the ever-loving crap out of.
There are plenty of good vampire books in the world, it doesn't matter which one you pick, I can assure you it's better than this.
I honestly miss Bella Swan after reading this. I actually reread the first three chapters of Twilight after I had read the first six House of Night books but then I threw my copy of Twilight out because I was reminded of why I hate Bella.
Don't waste your money on this book. Think of the trees you'll be wasting.
